We have never lost a customer showing up early.
If we are ahead of schedule, we will call.
We always call if behind schedule although that is rare.

All technicians are certified or in the process of being IICRC certified.

Honest pricing
We have a policy of providing free written estimates when cleaning more than three rooms or any job with heavy soiling. Our prices reflect the amount of time we estimate it will take a highly experienced technician to complete the job at task.
The following conditions and options will be evaluated for your written estimate:
- What is the condition of the carpet? Light, moderate or heavy soiling?
- How many rooms, halls, stairways?
- What is the total Square footage to be cleaned?
- Will we be cleaning empty spaces?
- Do we need to move and block furniture?
- Will the carpets be vacuumed prior to our arrival?
- Pet stains?
- Scotchgard protection?
We will never charge more than a written estimate. In fact we will discount your invoice if less time is needed than estimated.
