Mark, a returning customer, most recently brought in a silk rug that was in need of washing and repairs. Silk rugs require especially delicate care, which is why our immersion washing process is the only proper method for cleaning them. After thoroughly washing Mark's rug, our professional rug weaver mended some small tears making the rug look like new!
