Gail is another one of our satisfied, returning customers! We recently picked up a wool tufted rug from her Bellingham home for washing. Tufted rugs are identified by their tufted backing. A tufted rug must be cleaned properly to avoid delipidating the backing and damaging the rug. Thankfully our skilled technicians have mastered the craft of cleaning all types of rugs to preserve them for years to come!
