Check out the pictures for a glimpse of our process! Carmen is a returning customer with a lovely rug collection in La Conner. Bryan, the owner, is pictured here washing one of Carmen's rugs. Unlike traditional, surface-level carpet cleaners, our wash process is very hands-on and immersive. Immersion washing is the only way to properly clean a fine-wool rug like Carmen's.
