Ron has trusted Steam Sweepers with his rugs for years! Most recently, we washed Ron's silk rug at our local wash facility. Hand-washing is the only way to properly clean a delicate, silk rug like Ron's. Harsh carpet cleaning methods will only surface clean a rug and could even cause damage to the rug if not done properly. We were happy with the results of washing Ron's rug and look forward to seeing his reaction!
