Reviews for Steam Sweepers Rug Cleaning

I am very pleased with the work they did cleaning my 7 x 10 Sultanabad Area woolen rug. The rug is about 6 years old and has been under 3 puppies feet during that time. Steam Sweepers removed all noticeable puppy urine odor and stains. Impressive cleaning process. I have left another rug for them, an antique Persian (Pakistani) carpet. I highly recommend them.

Adam cleaned our carpets a couple of days ago, and he exceeded my expectations. My carpeting is ten years old and I was considering replacing it, but I have a puppy and lots of kids coming through so I thought I would try having my carpets cleaned one more time. Despite puppy accidents, soda spills, muddy paws, soccer cleats...my floors now look brand new! And my home smells so fresh! My kids think Adam worked "a miracle", and I wholeheartedly agree. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Steam Sweepers! I have hand knotted antique Persian rugs. They were cleaned to perfection and with care. The owner is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions. The rugs were picked up and delivered promptly. I will only use Steam Sweepers to clean my rugs. They look beautiful when cleaned by Steam Sweepers!

The folks at Steam Sweepers are a pleasure to work with. I recommend them highly. They were professional and friendly, returning phone calls promptly and communicating well. I chose to drop off our rug myself; their warehouse is spotless! The rugs are clearly treated with the utmost care. The people I spoke with were also very knowledgeable about the rugs. Best of all, our carpet (a Sarouk) came back jewel-bright.

We have used Steam Sweepers for years in 3 different houses. We have a big dog and they did an amazing job of cleaning up a BIG accident at our last house! I have complete confidence that they can handle any job I give them. They have been prompt at arriving when scheduled, done a great job cleaning carpets and furniture and been reasonably priced. We are totally satisfied and wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

High quality, good customer service, friendly, and convenient

I have been using Steam Sweepers LLC for ten years. It's always very easy for them to accommodate my schedule. They're always available when my kids will be gone and the house will be empty. They show up in a timely fashion and spend about two hours cleaning carpets in our main living area and one bedroom. One time too much soap was used and spots were left, so they came out and redid the whole carpet.
They clean about every two years, and I've had Adam coming for the past six. It says a lot about their business and the way they treat their employees that they have such low turn-over. Adam is courteous and friendly. There's a noticeable difference after he's done. They have great prices and wonderful customer service. They always answer all questions and concerns. I'm very satisfied with their services.

They really do quality work in a timely manner

We used Steam Sweepers LLC to clean our Oriental rugs. They picked them up to clean them and then helped lay them back down when they returned. The smaller one took a week and the larger one took ten days. We didn't realize how dirty they had been until we got them back and we were very pleased with how they looked. These rugs are expensive so we wanted top quality cleaning. A neighbor who was very happy with their work referred us to them, and we felt that the prices were fair for the quality of work they do. The staff is also very helpful. We have used them before and will use them again.

Have used Steam Sweepers for quite a few years now and they do a GREAT job of cleaning our carpets. Always show up on time! And for the first time we're having them clean our micro fiber couches. I'm so excited to see what they will look like when they are done. I will get back to you and let you know in a couple days the outcome. Way cheaper than having to purchase new couches. It's so nice to have a friendly, reliable carpet cleaner AND furniture cleaner close by! :-)

The quality has been good.

I've been with Steam Sweepers LLC for maybe twelve for fifteen years. I've had them do my home several times, as well as various commercial properties. The quality used to be superb without question. It's gone down recently, because the time put into it has not remained the same. When they first did our home, he was here for three hours, and it was very through and clean. The cleaning they did recently was very quick, and after they left, I realized there were several stains that I would need to go back and take care of myself. That said, I've recommended them many times, and will continue to do so.

Steam Sweepers have cleaned carpets in my home as well as area rugs. They have done a fantastic job every time. They were always on time and professional. I recommend their service without hesitation.

I spent a week babysitting a dog with serious digestive problems! My white carpet looked TERRIBLE! Adam was a miracle worker!! My carpet looks amazing!

Cleaned my dining room chair cushions to perfection.

I bought a danish dining set that was 50+ years old. The cushions were unbelievably dirty--stains and dirt ground in over the years. I thought maybe I could clean them enough to use until I deided on the new fabric. I spent 2 days trying to cean them, then hired a house cleaner with a professionable cleaning machine for two hours. They remained dingy and stained. I am so happy I gave it one last try by using Steamsweepers. I can only believe it because I see it. They look new!

Do what they say they're going to do.

This was our third time using Steam Sweepers LLC. We've had them out twice to our residence, and once we brought in an area rug. They are professional, they do what they say, and the results of their work is of good quality.

Very positive experience.

We found them on the internet. We had wall to wall carpeting in our house cleaned. We didn't really know much about them, but their reviews were good and they used a process that we liked. When they came out, they did everything they said they would do. It was a very cheerful, professional, and speedy process. They are honest and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Could not appreciate more the job Art and company did for us in cleaning 2 - 9' x 12' oriental wool rugs. Fabulous job. The older - about 75 year old rug was so bright and vibrant we changed where we'd had it before, in a bedroom, to the living room, where it had been years ago, and the other bedroom rug is every bit as fresh and vibrant as when we bought it. The pick up and delivery was exactly as scheduled. Professional in every aspect.

I brought in six oriental wool rugs that had been in my family for many years. I knew the rugs were very expensive. They had been exposed to years of smoking and had a very powerful smell to them. They had been vacuumed over the years but had some staining on most of them by being used in dining room, entry way and main living areas. Once I got them home from Steam Sweepers and opened them I was pleasantly surprised at how perfect they turned out and absolutely no smell or stains left in them. I would definitely recommend Steam Sweepers to anyone.

Steam Sweepers LLC Will Make Even The Most Fragile Rug Look Brand New!

Steam Sweepers LLC was a pleasure to work with. When they said they would show up, they were there promptly. I would even say they over delivered on their customer service! The rugs came out looking beautiful and clean, and I highly recommend them.

Adam is a hard worker, pleasant to deal with, and very professional. We have always been happy with the cleanliness of our carpets after he has finished the job. We will be recommending Steam Sweepers to all of our friends, for their carpet cleaning needs.

Awesome Service

Steam Sweepers does a great job every time. They show up on time and work quickly. Their rates are very reasonable and the carpets always look fantastic. I wouldn't hire anyone else!

I've brought in about 7 hand knotted oriental rugs that weren't very well maintained, and I've been blown away with how well they've cleaned up. I would recommend Steam Sweepers to anyone who needs a good rug cleaning!
