  • Comment: I have two beautiful persian rugs which were significantly soiled as a result of long term use and presence of a new puppy who relieved herself on them. Steamsweepers explained the process of cleaning and warned me that the color could run due to chemicals which had to be used for urine removal. Ultimately the rugs were cleaned and the finished product was wonderful (rugs looked like they did when I first received them). I strongly recommend this company for all rug cleaning needs!
