• Comment: Steam Sweepers LLC cleaned and repaired three Persian rugs for me. They were recommended to me by my regular carpet cleaning company. When I called, the owner of the company was here within an hour and a half. I was impressed with their quick response. The rugs had been in storage for quite a while, and subject to wide variations in temperature. When he came out, he spent a good hour just studying each rug, to see what needed to be done. He told me that we first needed to clean the rugs, and then assess what needed to be done, and an estimate of the cost done. So that is how we proceeded. He was very nice, and I did not feel pressured to do anything. Once the rugs were clean, he had his rug mending person go over them, and he prepared an estimate of what each would cost to repair. I agreed to the work, and within a week, the rugs were back and they looked beautiful! I was very impressed and pleased with the owner's knowledge and professionalism. He showed me what had been done to each rug. He made sure that I understood what had been done, and he explained things in laymen's terms. And, he left the decisions to me!
