They had door-to-door service, and confidence in taking good care of my rug. They were a family-owned business, and I really appreciated how they returned my phone calls. The results were beyond my wildest dreams! They did a fabulous job, and my rug looked gorgeous! They did everything they said that they would do, and more! I was so pleased, and I would give them 100 Stars if that was possible! They made the rug look brand new! I will not be taking my rugs to anybody but them, and they have made me a customer for life!
