    Faced with a cat pee "ruined" carpet, the only half decent area rug we own, I called in desperation to see about professional cleaning. I looked over the website and saw how much work is involved. A lot. The carpet was a gift, hand me down, so we had no idea of its value. My wife drove it to their shop so they could appraise it, which they did, and it was worth fixing if we could. A week later the carpet is clean and odor free, we feel, for a very reasonable price. My wife commented that she dealt with very nice and helpful people at the shop, typical Bellinghamsters, so we'll give a big thumbs up to the operation and wish them well.
