    I took my oriental rug to be cleaned, they explained totally what they would be doing to my rug which hadn't been cleaned since I bought it 8 years ago. They gave me a time that it would be ready for pick up and since I live on an Island, picking it up at a planned time was important too. When I called, the rug was ready when they had said it would be. When I picked it up they explained in detail what had been done, how I should take it home since it had to be wrapped in plastic for the trip back to the Island and what I should do when I got there, by taking it out of the plastic. They also made a hole/vent in the plastic so that it would not get moisture inside of the bag. The rug looks brand new and I would recommend Steam Sweepers to anyone.
