    True to form, Art and his crew did a great job. Being late on our rental preparation, I called Art with a request for a carpet clean and he was able to get us on his schedule and get the job done so we were timely for our new renters.
    Adam called to make sure we were at the property so he could get in the house. He was very thorough, considerate, polite and worked hard the entire time he was at our rental. He explained the process and what to expect for a finished result.
