I was pleased that Steam Sweepers could clean my synthetic woven rug. The 10 year old carpet is like new even after having a dog in the family!

Carpet cleaned and re-scotchguarded and now looks new! Staff is well trained, knowledgeable and provided helpful tips on how to treat spots and stains between cleanings. Highly recommend!

Professional service at its best. We have cleaned four rugs so far at Steam Sweepers, two of them very old Asian rugs. We've been extremely satisfied with the quality and conscientiousness of their work, and now plan to have them clean our carpets, as well. It is always wonderful to find local vendors who do such outstanding work.

Great Service and No Damage I had Steam Sweepers clean some cat urine out of the two of my rugs at home. Overall, they did a pretty good job. One was a cheaper rug, and the other a more expensive rug I got from Morocco. They warned that some of the Moroccan rug's colors could potentially bleed because of the chemicals they used. I decided to go for it anyway because it is sentimental to me. I was extremely pleased since none of the colors bled and the smell was completely gone. My only complaint was that the price was a little high but other than that it was a great service that I would definitely use again. Great results!

Absolutely fabulous. I am picky, but they were great. Steam Sweepers LLC are fabulous, absolutely fabulous. I have to tell you that they are the best that I have ever had in my whole life and I've had a lot of carpet cleaners! I have had several different ones like someone that I use to call all the time and one time they came to clean my carpet but they did such a terrible job and so I called Steam Sweepers and they are fabulous and I am picky, very picky but I was still impressed.

Everything They Did Was Cool I really like the people at Steam Sweepers and I would totally go back. I thought that they were just super personable and very friendly. They always answered the phone and would call back. They were very receptive to questions and I was very pleased with the carpet when I got it back. It was very soft and so completely different from when I gave it to them to clean. I am really pleased with them. I had them do an indoor carpet, a Persian wool carpet. They gave us directions and were super, super nice which is important to me because customer service is not very important these days. I've already referred them to other people.

My oriental rugs have been in my family for more than 50 years and have had hard use. They are coming apart, but they have huge meaning to me as tangible memories of my childhood. Steam Sweepers did a careful and gentle job of dusting, washing, and repairing two of my rugs and I couldn't be more delighted. They have a new lease on life now!

Very honest, friendly and helpful. Steam Sweepers is such a good company. They are very good and I would recommend them highly. They are very honest, they are friendly and they are just very helpful. I had a carpet that wasn't a very expensive carpet and we took it up and basically I wasn't happy with it and threw the carpet away and what I noticed was that they were very honest people. The person that came to do the work was great and did everything that I asked him to do. This is the only time I've ever needed to use them but I got their name from friends that also used their services and recommended them. That's how I usually go about business, it's a word of mouth thing for me.
