Professional, Detail-oriented, and Thorough. Steam Sweepers is a very thorough cleaning service. They cleaned two rooms, a hallway and my stairs. Adam did the cleaning. He waked through the areas that required cleaning, and went through the notes the owner and I had made the day before. I was very pleased with his results. I had worked with a cleaning company in the past, and had to call them back to retouch some areas. That was not the case with Steam Sweepers, they did the job right the first time. They are slightly pricier than some other carpet cleaning services out here, but worth the cost. I would recommend them.

Service was over the top! I'd recommend Steam Sweepers to anybody who will listen! I moved here from out of state and had rugs cleaned before I left my home in California. The people that cleaned them tacked my rugs, sealed them in plastic when they were wet, and when I opened them up after arriving here, it had been two weeks. They developed mold that had gone from one side to the other and they were very expensive area rugs. Steam Sweepers took care of them and they came back looking almost new! I was truly amazed. I kept abreast of the progress they were making while they had three of my rugs which made me feel very secure.

Absolutely fabulous company. I called and they talked me through their process for cleaning an antique Persian carpet. They do offer pick up and drop off but I drove my rug into their location in Bellingham. They were wonderful. Never pushed additional services, but did tell me what they thought would be best for our rug. Their prices are reasonable and they do an amazing job!! Our bedraggled old Persian looks fantastic and almost new again :) We will be bringing our other rugs here in the future also.

Could not appreciate more the job Art and company did for us in cleaning 2 - 9' x 12' oriental wool rugs. Fabulous job. The older - about 75 year old rug was so bright and vibrant we changed where we'd had it before, in a bedroom, to the living room, where it had been years ago, and the other bedroom rug is every bit as fresh and vibrant as when we bought it. The pick up and delivery was exactly as scheduled. Professional in every aspect.

Overall very satisfied Our experience with Steam Sweepers was fantastic. They did a really good job! They cleaned the carpet throughout our whole house and everything looks great. There is a small, 2x2 area in the entryway of our bedroom that doesn't look quite as great as everything else. Otherwise, I felt like the fees were very reasonable for the work done. The owner, Art, came and did an assessment of the work done. He was very helpful and professional.

Like having new carpets! We had three carpets cleaned by Steam Sweepers and the difference is amazing. The colours are much more vibrant and the carpets feel softer to walk on now they are clean. Service was quick and professional. Highly recommended.

Professional and thorough Art is very professional and personable. Even though he's just one man, he manages to move the furniture out of the way by himself, taking care of everything as though it were his own home. I highly recommend him!

I brought in six oriental wool rugs that had been in my family for many years. I knew the rugs were very expensive. They had been exposed to years of smoking and had a very powerful smell to them. They had been vacuumed over the years but had some staining on most of them by being used in dining room, entry way and main living areas. Once I got them home from Steam Sweepers and opened them I was pleasantly surprised at how perfect they turned out and absolutely no smell or stains left in them. I would definitely recommend Steam Sweepers to anyone.

This is the GO TO place for the best rug cleaning available. We had two 9' x 12' oriental wool rugs cleaned - one about 75 years old and another newer one. Both came back beautifully done. The older one was so bright we changed where we planned to put it to our living room and the bedroom rug is also a joy to behold. Art picked up and delivered when he said he would. We unequivocally recommend him, and his company for his great services.

Very happy with them! I was very happy with Steam Sweepers. The person who came here, Adam, was very accommodating. He worked around all the furniture we had and I thought he was great. He did everything in a timely manner and did a really nice job with cleaning the carpet. I'm sure we'll have more carpets to clean in the future, and I'll be sure to ask for him again.

Great job In a moment of inattention my dog got ahold of a can of green enamel spray paint and after a vigorous shake, punctured the can, sending paint all over not one but two Persian rugs. Art and his folks were able to save what I thought were surely ruined Tabrizes. Thank you Steam Sweepers. Before calling Steam Sweepers I had called a different carpet cleaning service and was told their service would be able to clean my rug and permanently remove the unpleasant odor of a synthetic coming from it. As a result of this response I decided to get a second opinion and called Steam Sweepers. Art (the owner) was able to answer my call immediately. He said he would call me back shortly because he was presently busy with another customer on the phone. He returned my call promptly. He demonstrated reliability with great phone communication. I explained to Art I had a 9'x12' tufted wool rug which began smelling of a strong odor of synthetic rubber. I asked if he would be able to clean my rug to remove the smell. I told him I thought the odor was coming from the non-skid rug pad, and not the rug. Art said the odor wasn't originating from the pad but was coming from the rug itself. Art informed me, although my rug's label said 100% wool, some rugs with defective backings (undersides) were originally made improperly with a particular bad batch of latex adhesive, As a result of this, sometimes they will emit an odor when the carpet ages. He was very honest with me and said unfortunately cleaning would not remove the odor. I thanked Art for his knowledge and integrity. He saved me from the cleaning expense and further problems with my rug. It was my first time I called Steam Sweepers, and I was given clearly understood answers to my rug questions. I also appreciate Art did not make any sales attempt at pressuring me into having my other rugs or carpets cleaned. Art had nothing to gain from my call but he took the extra time to assist me with his valuable knowledge. I followed up the phone call and contacted the high end store where I purchased the rug. The furniture/ design store confirmed Art's diagnosis. The store said they will provide me a new replacement rug for free, due to the defect. The store no longer sells rugs with this latex issue. Thanks to Art again. I would have never thought of contacting the store where I purchased the rug because my rug was a few years old and I didn't know it was defective. Art not only knows about proper cleaning procedures but also knows about rug construction, and it allowed me to move forward with a positive solution. A positive experience! Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning LLC is dead on. They're really good. We'd used them a few years ago, and we recently brought in a rug to them that we thought we would have to throw away. It was really badly stained, and we had tried cleaning it at home. We brought it in to Steam Sweepers, and they said they thought they could clean it. When we got it back, it looked almost as good as new! I have nothing but high praise for them!

Furniture and rugs look brand new. The first things Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning cleaned were three pieces of furniture. I was impressed that they came, picked them up, cleaned them, and brought them back. They took their shoes off when they came in, and they made the pieces look brand new. We also had them clean all of our wool area rugs, one of them being quite old. All of them came back really clean. The bonus was that their facility is very close by. We were able to go down and see the process, which was very neat.

Saved a unique rug! I'm so happy with them. Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning LLC gets a 5+ for their quality of work! I have this unusual rug that I got in Hong Kong. It's kind of off-white. I had it cleaned before, and the people did a beautiful job. However, I guess that company was sold without my knowing, and when I had them come again I thought they had ruined it! I was just sick about it. So, I had to get it cleaned again and didn't know what to do. I looked at Steam Sweepers website, and it looked like they did it the right way so I went with them. The man was very nice. He called me after he'd cleaned to say he thought it had come out well, and that he had gotten it back to how it was before the botched job. He was right!! I'm so happy with it. He rescued my rug!

Would Recommend Steam Sweepers to anyone Steam Sweepers just finished up with our 3 room carpet cleaning this morning 8/9/2013. We had some problems with pet odors and they were so professional. They came out to give us a bid, and various options, then did the odor removal on Tuesday, and came back Friday to clean the carpets. They were totally professional, but fun and delightful. Called first both days to let us know when they would arrive, and how long it would take. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great work, detail oriented We are had our wall to wall carpets cleaned and an oriental rug steam cleaned by them. We are very happy with the service at Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning. The man who came took his shoes off, put on booties, and took time on every corner. He was very detail oriented, our rugs were returned fresh and clean and the work was done well.

Just hired Steam Sweepers for the first time and am very happy with the job they did. They got out spots that two other companies had not. Professional and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
