Reviews for Steam Sweepers Rug Cleaning

Excellent service and cleaning of two couches were done to perfection will use again

Absolutely fabulous. I am picky, but they were great.

Steam Sweepers LLC are fabulous, absolutely fabulous.
I have to tell you that they are the best that I have ever had in my whole life and I've had a lot of carpet cleaners!
I have had several different ones like someone that I use to call all the time and one time they came to clean my carpet but they did such a terrible job and so I called Steam Sweepers and they are fabulous and I am picky, very picky but I was still impressed.

Fantastic!

Art and his crew have cleaned rugs, carpets and upholstery over several years. We have always enjoyed exceptional quality and service. They are always courteous and professional. I would not recommend anyone else.

I recently took a small Karastan rug to Steam Sweepers for cleaning and was very satisfied with their service. Their facility is clean and well-organized and the staff is friendly and professional. I will definitely use Steam Sweepers in the future for my larger rugs.

Great Service and highly recommend them for your wool rug washing. A great Experience.

What a great service! They know their business and were so great and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

Everything They Did Was Cool

I really like the people at Steam Sweepers and I would totally go back. I thought that they were just super personable and very friendly. They always answered the phone and would call back. They were very receptive to questions and I was very pleased with the carpet when I got it back. It was very soft and so completely different from when I gave it to them to clean. I am really pleased with them. I had them do an indoor carpet, a Persian wool carpet. They gave us directions and were super, super nice which is important to me because customer service is not very important these days. I've already referred them to other people.

My oriental rugs have been in my family for more than 50 years and have had hard use. They are coming apart, but they have huge meaning to me as tangible memories of my childhood. Steam Sweepers did a careful and gentle job of dusting, washing, and repairing two of my rugs and I couldn't be more delighted. They have a new lease on life now!

Very honest, friendly and helpful.

Steam Sweepers is such a good company. They are very good and I would recommend them highly. They are very honest, they are friendly and they are just very helpful.
I had a carpet that wasn't a very expensive carpet and we took it up and basically I wasn't happy with it and threw the carpet away and what I noticed was that they were very honest people. The person that came to do the work was great and did everything that I asked him to do.
This is the only time I've ever needed to use them but I got their name from friends that also used their services and recommended them. That's how I usually go about business, it's a word of mouth thing for me.

Adam is a hard worker, pleasant to deal with, and very professional. We have always been happy with the cleanliness of our carpets after he has finished the job. We will be recommending Steam Sweepers to all of our friends, for their carpet cleaning needs.

Steem Sweepers did an awesome job on my carpets. They listened to what I wanted done and got the most important parts done in the time we had allowed. The technician was very pleasant, cost conscious and respectful of my property. Thank you!

Art & Co. were very professional & easy to work & schedule with. My carpet cleaned up so nice I will defiantly recommend them and be a return customer. sincerely, Anita Darling/Bellingham Wa.

They did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and got rid of all of the stains. Our clients and our staff appreciate them so much. We are a non-profit and they donated their services.

Good service, excellent cleaning!

Steam Sweepers LLC did an excellent job cleaning an oriental carpet I needed cleaned up. They did the job quickly and efficiently and the carpet came out looking excellent, I will definitely be using their services again if I find any of my carpets need cleaning, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of similar services.

Got the job done fast and they did a really good job.

I have a rug that's really hard to clean and Steam Sweepers LLC. did a very good job with it. It's very hard to find people that will even agree to clean it but they took it and got the job done in one week. The last person that I gave the same rug to for cleaning took it and had it for a month and it didn't look as good when they brought it back. I was very pleased with Steam Sweepers, thank you!

I had dirty 8 rugs from my boat which needed to be cleaned. How? I didn't have the space to clean them. Most rug cleaners are only mobile and clean the rugs in your home. I was able to take my 8 rugs to their space and they did a great job.

Very, very good

Steam Sweepers cleaned a bunch of my Persian rugs and did a good job. They were timely, everything was great--and I thought the price was pretty reasonable, too. Someone had a 100-year-old rug at their beach house that I had bought, and Steam Sweepers showed me how much dirt they got out of it. It was kind of musty but smelled good once they were done. It was super clean. They got like 5 pounds of dirt out of it. I'd use them again and refer my friends.

Very friendly and professional younger guy cleaned apartment carpets. Answered all my questions. Spoke highly about working for Steam Sweepers and of the owner, Art. He did a great job on the carpets. Will continue to use and recommend them!

Adam thoroughly cleaned all our bedroom carpets, tackling some tough summer stains. He arrived promptly at 9:00 this morning and was finished by noon. I can't believe how lovely they look. Dot Nichols

Adam was on time, professional and we were extremely pleased with the results. He let us know that he was able to remove stains that we thought were permanent. Carpet looks wonderful. We will be happy to recommend Steam Sweepers and we will definitely use their carpet cleaning services again. Thank you.

They were wonderful

I just have to say that the guys who came out and did the work on our carpets from Steam Sweepers were just wonderful. They came right on time and were just very pleasant. They did their work in a very quick and efficient fashion and once they were finished our carpets looks simply phenomenal. The price was very good and I would definitely recommend them to anyone based solely on how amazing our carpets looked let alone how amazing the technicians were. If you are looking to clean your carpets, these are the people you want to do it!

Excellent service and fast. I had read an internet article by "the rug chick", about how oriental rugs should be cleaned. Art, and his team at Steam Sweepers, follow those methods. Art took time to talk about my rugs and explain to me what kind of rugs that I owned, and how to care for them (I found the knowledge that he shared fascinating). The Steam Sweepers Company cleaned and put protection on eleven large to medium sized rugs that I sent in two batches, May and June 2015. They all have come back with great color and pile. I have high praise and gratitude to Art, Adam, and the Steam Sweepers Company.

Excellent service, I'm always impressed with the work they do!

Steam Sweepers are great. I guess I feel that they are reliable, they follow up with their phone calls, their service I think is excellent and I'm always impressed by the work they do. And they are clean too!

This is the second time I have used Steam Sweepers because I was so pleased with their work. Both were rental houses that had stains that had lasted from other carpet cleaning companies and they got almost all of them out.

I'm sorry to have forgotten their names but a team of two cheerful men swept (😊) into the house and worked very quickly and efficiently. Carpet looked great, smelled clean and dried by late afternoon. We will definitely use Steam Sweepers next time.
